In 2022, the top ten revenue list of global pharmaceutical companies was released. 

Among them, Pfizer ranked first with the COVID-19 dividend, and became the first pharmaceutical giant with annual revenue exceeding 100 billion US dollars. Followed by Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Merck, AbbVie, Novartis, Sanofi, Bristol-Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline.

From the perspective of business sources, COVID-19 drugs, vaccine business, anticancer drugs and consumer health business are the main growth points of global pharmaceutical companies' revenue on the list.
